If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of a print or product you purchase from me, please get in touch. I will either replace the print or product, or refund your cost, less shipping.

Not to sound heavy-handed, but please remember that all images on this website, including the small ones used to illustrate the pages, are the property of Patrick Riley Photography, and are protected by local copyright law as well as international copyright convention.
All rights are reserved. You must not:
- Link to images on this website
- Use any images from this website on any other website, no matter your intentions, without proper permission
- Copy or otherwise duplicate any image presented on this website
The same is true for any reprints you may purchase from me, at an event, as part of portrait package, or online; Although the physical print itself belongs to you, the image portrayed on it still belongs to me, and I reserve all rights to it.

Web Usage
I am more than happy to grant a client or interested person permission to use an image of mine for a website provided the following conditions are met:
- Permission is requested, not assumed
- The intended use is not for commercial purposes
- The copyright watermark in the image (if any) remains intact
- Credit for the image is given to Patrick Riley on the page the image appears
